Hospital rehabilitation plan recovered more than 600 areas at the Pérez Carreño Hospital

The Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Hospital Infrastructure Recovery Plan rehabilitated more than 600 strategic areas of the Dr. Miguel Pérez Carreño National General Hospital, in Caracas.
In addition, according to a press release from the Ministry of Health, the work carried out also included the installation of 500 luminaires.
This structural intervention, which keeps the roof waterproofing works, the restoration of the façade and the optimization of water wells active, ensures the operation of an institution that receives more than 13,000 patients per month.
The recovery of the physical plant allows the admission of five thousand people due to emergency, the carrying out of two thousand surgeries and six thousand monthly outpatient visits. Currently, crews are carrying out work on the sewage pipe network and roof waterproofing to ensure the full operation of Pediatrics, Traumatology and Surgery services.
