This Wednesday, the Yemeni movement Ansar Allah (Houthis) expressed its intention to intervene militarily in support of the Islamic Republic of Iran in its conflict with Israel, according to Al Jazeera, citing the group's spokesman, Mohammed Al Bukhaiti.
“We will intervene to support Tehran against Zionist aggressions just as we support our brothers in Gaza,” said Al Bukhaiti, adding that the Houthis will come to the aid of any Arab or Muslim nation that is attacked.
The group is carrying out military actions against Israel, with the objective of pressuring it to put an end to the aggressions in the Gaza Strip. Now, he announces his intervention in the face of the escalation and exchange of attacks between the Jewish country and Iran.
On this day, the supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, denounced that Israel has committed “a great mistake and crime” in attacking the Persian country, for which he promised more punishments for Tel Aviv.
