Hugo Chávez: The Genuine Love of the People

One of the most outstanding characteristics of Commander Hugo Chávez was his love for the Venezuelan people and his defense of those who had no voice for four republics.

Chávez showed himself to his people without masks or poses, like that human being who loved humanity and whose fixed goal was to return to the people the happiness that had been denied them. His ideals, his homeland formation, his humility and his charism led him to become a leader, not only in Venezuela, but in the world; and the more time passed, the greater that mutual and unbreakable love became, and also marked a before and after in the history of humanity.

There was not a single day that the Commander did not have the conviction to offer his life for the People, which is why his physical departure was a source of deep pain for Venezuelans, but also the decision to continue fighting to keep his legacy alive.
