In April! CANTV restored services to more than 42,000 users in the country

Through the 1×10 Good Governance system and the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan, Cantv restored telecommunications services to more than 42,000 subscribers across the country during the month of April.
The technical deployment, as reported by the company in a press release, made it possible to resolve faults recorded in networks and transmission media, affected by deterioration, theft, vandalism, weather conditions and actions of third parties.
The Capital region concentrated the highest number of resolved cases, with approximately 13,700 users served in La Guaira, Miranda and the Capital District.
In the Central region, fixed telephone and Internet services were restored to around 6,000 subscribers. In addition, in Los Andes, connectivity was restored to more than 5 thousand users; in Los Llanos, more than 4 thousand 800 incidents were treated and in the West more than 4 thousand 600.
For its part, in the Guiana region, more than 4,400 faults were solved, while in the East, more than 3,900 users benefited through various deployments carried out by the Company's multidisciplinary team.
The tasks included preventive and corrective maintenance of networks and transmission equipment, replacement of cables and connectors, reconstruction of splices and verification of telephone lines, accompanied by the People's Power and the Technical Telecommunications Boards.
