In the first few days of 2024, the Nevado Mission treated more than 270 companion animals in the state of La Guaira, including dogs and cats, in a joint effort with the Gran Nevado La Guaira Collective, the government of the entity and the Niño Simón Regional Foundation.
In a press release, Nevado La Guaira, said that the days were held simultaneously, from the Armando Reverón Theme Park in Macuto and Plaza Bolívar in Catia La Mar.
Among the free services provided by the Nevado La Guaira Mission, are veterinary consultations, deworming, rabies vaccination, nail cutting, ear and eye cleaning, as well as the application of treatments and vitamins.
On the other hand, it indicates that it was optional to place the six-fold, puppy and triplefin vaccines, at low cost, since these medical supplies were offered by the Gran Nevado La Guaira Collective.
These days were the first organized for this year in public spaces and are designed to reinforce the work being carried out at the Comprehensive Veterinary Center (CVI) of the Nevado La Guaira Mission, located in Tanaguarena.
It should be noted that these activities were part of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Nevado Mission, to celebrate together with those responsible and their pets, as well as with allies and government entities that support animal work.
The next days will be held in the month of February, in order to comply with the doses of vaccines that must be given every 21 days, so that the immunization schedule cannot be effective.
The mission invites the community to follow @nevadolaguaira social networks for more information.
