The system will affect the north of Guiana Essequiba, Bolivar, Amazonas, the Western and Central Plains, the Northeast, the North Central Region and the Andes region with greater intensity.
In Greater Caracas, which includes the Capital District, Miranda and La Guaira, a cloudy increase is expected during the afternoon and night, conditions that will remain in effect during the course of Thursday.
