The President in charge Delcy Rodríguez oversees rehabilitation work in the National Pantheon, after the damage suffered by the double earthquake of last June 24.

As part of the actions promoted by the Venezuela Renace Plan, the Ministry of People's Power for Public Works, in conjunction with the technical team of the Presidential Commission for Habitability, is carrying out comprehensive recovery work in the Belair building, located on Avenida Panteón in Caracas, after having been affected by the past double earthquake.

Currently, crews and specialized personnel are deployed in the building to ensure the stability and security of the infrastructure, specifically intervening in the basement, the ground floor and floors 1 and 2.

The tasks include the controlled demolition of walls that suffered fractures due to the earthquake, which will be re-erected, as well as the intervention of the floors and the deep rehabilitation of the building's facades.

This comprehensive deployment has a direct and positive impact on the quality of life of 80 families that belong to this residence. The owners and inhabitants, organized as a community, are today direct witnesses of the progress of the work, a fundamental step that will allow them to return safely to their homes thanks to the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to the protection of the people.
