INAMEH forecasts rain in the Andes region this Saturday

The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH) announced that this Saturday there will be rainfall of varying intensity in the states of Bolivar, Amazonas, Mérida and Táchira, as well as south of Lake Maracaibo.

The forecast requires partial cloud cover and clear areas for the rest of the national territory. In the afternoon and evening hours, the development of centers of great vertical development is estimated, so heavy showers with electrical activity are expected in Guayana Esequiba, Bolivar, Amazonas, the Andes and Zulia.

The institute does not rule out the presence of fragmented cloud cover with short-term rains or drizzles in mountain areas of Aragua, Miranda and the Capital District.
