The initiative establishes a synergy of work that seeks to directly align the academic and technical offer with the current technological, practical and operational requirements of the private sector.
The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) and the National Council for Commerce and Services (ConseComercio) formalized a strategic alliance through the signing of a cooperation agreement, whose fundamental objective is to strengthen the national productive apparatus through the training, updating and certification of knowledge of human talent.
During the event, the authorities explained that the alliance will combine “the voice of the market”, represented by ConseComercio in identifying the real demands of companies, with “the engine of transformation”, a role assumed by INCES to modernize training programs.
The agreement includes pillars such as continuous training, the development of specific competencies for the entire supply chain of the trade and services sector, and the formal accreditation of experience.
The event was led by the president of INCES, Wuikelman Angel Paredes and José Gregorio Rodríguez, head of ConseComercio, accompanied by key managers from their teams.
In his speech, Wuikelman Angel highlighted the value of this agreement and emphasized the need for industries and businesses to maintain direct contact with young people in their first work experience. He highlighted the importance of the National Apprenticeship Program (PNA), which serves young people aged 14 to 18, and reported on the public request to expand the age range of apprentices
For his part, the president of ConseComercio , José Gregorio Rodríguez, emphasized that this event transcends a traditional firm and has historical significance for commerce and industry, where cognitive learning gives INCES a primary role. Rodríguez joined the suggestions of the educational institution to consolidate the accreditation of knowledge of those people who have acquired their knowledge empirically.
