The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (Inces) reinforces its call for work entities as well as organized communes to join the training plans that Inces provides in these spaces.

The president of the institution, Wuikelman Angel, was responsible for making this call, and he urged regional managers and heads of vocational training to increase meetings with companies and communities in the circle to guarantee the professional technical training of the working class, without this diminishing the attention of other service spaces such as the 147 headquarters that Inces has throughout the country, military installations, educational units and resocialization centers.

Angel explained that for several years, Inces has been implementing a methodology to identify natural teachers in work entities and communities, whom it trains as facilitators to multiply knowledge.

This methodology allows workers to be trained in their own spaces, which favors the teaching-learning process by ensuring that the knowledge imparted is relevant to each reality.

Among the multiple benefits offered by Inces when training in a work entity, he highlighted: the characterization of the company's training needs, the training of its trainers, the training of workers, the accreditation of knowledge by experience, the construction of curricula for occupations without specific training and the establishment of productive and innovative relationships.

Following Ángel's guidance, regional managers will intensify visits to companies and communities in their local area to incorporate them into the training plans that the institution develops in work and living spaces. In addition, the doors of all offices remain open so that working entities and communities interested in receiving Inces come to the nearest headquarters and activate the training mechanism on site.
