INCES coordinates training and training programs in mining

Representatives of the José Leonardo Chirinos National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) and the General Management of Endogenous Development of Ferrominera Orinoco held a strategic meeting to coordinate training and training programs aimed at productive entrepreneurs in the El Pao sector, in Bolívar state.
During the meeting, the authorities established a road map to organize training meetings that provide technical and professional tools to the inhabitants of the area, to strengthen the local economic fabric, through the consolidation of institutional-communal integration.
Authorities from both institutions participated in the meeting, such as the general manager of Endogenous Development of CVG Ferrominera, Ventura Núñez; the head of the Community Social Department of the El Pao Sector, Julio D'Fazio; on behalf of INCES Industrial, Iris Vásquez, as well as the spokeswomen of the municipalities El Pao del Hierro and Bolívar Chávez del Pao.
During the exchange, the importance of linking the technical knowledge of INCES with the territorial potentialities managed by Ferrominera was emphasized.
