The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) reached a record number of 1,016,500 registrations processed during the first five months of the year 2026.
This figure stands out not only for the volume of participants, but also for a marked gender gap, where more than 60% of the total new income corresponds to women, consolidating the role of the female workforce in the country's professional technical training.
This uptick in enrollment responds to the implementation of programs adapted to current labor market demands. A large part of these new participants come directly from the private sector, being nominated and supported by various companies that seek to update the technical skills of their staff or train new talents.
The link between the I NCES and the business fabric has been key to boosting these figures. When selected by companies, participants have access to training that guarantees the immediate application of the knowledge acquired in real operating positions.
In addition, the institution has reinforced its service channels to speed up the registration process, allowing this million-dollar goal to be met before the end of the first half of the year.
