The Minister of Popular Power for Productive Agriculture and Lands, Vladimir Padrino López, recalled that “the INSAI monitors, does epidemiological surveillance, does traceability checks, visits the properties; that is, it has movement in the territory and for this it needs to move”.

This delivery takes place during the cattle herd characterization plan; in addition, the 4×4 units are equipped with Starlink antennas, which will allow real-time communication.

He indicated that these vans “reach anywhere and are going to really help us to successfully complete and implement the plan for characterizing the cattle herd.”

In his publication, he said: “We are adding more logistical force to the field! We have come to Maracay, the Garden City of Venezuela, to deliver these new vehicle units equipped by President Delcy Rodríguez.”

“With this addition to INSAI, we comply more effectively with epidemiological, animal health, phytosanitary and zoonotic surveillance; we reinforce the Cattle Herd Characterization Plan, optimize response times and guarantee a more efficient deployment with our producers. Let's go then!” , said Padrino.
