In order to strengthen tourism quality and environmental awareness in the state of Falcón, the training plan aimed at more than 240 Tourist Service Providers (PST) in the Morrocoy National Park began.
The training plan seeks to standardize care for its own and visitors on the basis of sustainability and territorial identity, reports the Ministries of Popular Power for Tourism (MINTUR) on its website.
The program is articulated between the Ministries of Tourism, Ecosocialism, and Inparks, and responds to the strategic lines designed by Minister Daniella Cabello, who explained that it seeks to ensure the optimal development of tourism, protection of the ecosystem and dynamization of the local economy.
The academic program is executed by a multidisciplinary team from the Deputy Ministry of National Tourism of Mintur, Inatur, Unatur and Inparks, and the curricular content provides tools in hospitality and environmental management.
The day is structured in two cohorts, of 120 participants each. It will run until March 13, coinciding with the comprehensive sanitation work being carried out by the executive ahead of the Holy Week vacation.
