INTT carries out road recovery work from Miranda to Anzoátegui

The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) is implementing a project to recover and strengthen road infrastructure on Troncal 009, a road connecting the states of Miranda and Anzoátegui to the Venezuelan capital.

In this regard, and with the intention of optimizing mobility and strengthening road safety, preventing accidents, clearly orienting drivers and promoting responsible driving in high-traffic areas; horizontal and elevated demarcation works are being carried out with reflective markings over 118 kilometers.

According to information issued by the Ministry of Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, the actions include the recovery of brothels, defenses, central islands, road noses, pipelines and tolls. In addition, the marking of continuous, discontinuous and auxiliary lines, physical reducers, stop zones and specific signage for divergent and convergent traffic.

It was also known that on the route from the Playa Pintada Toll to the Píritu Distributor, in the Fernando Peñalver municipality of the Anzoátegui state, 6.4 kilometers are being intervened with similar actions.
