The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) develops the horizontal and elevated demarcation in the section of Troncal 4 (T004), which connects the La Piedad service station with the Command of the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB) in Sarare, a road that connects the state of Lara with Portuguesa.

According to the institution's press release, it is 168,290 linear meters, distributed in 4 channels in both directions, where longitudinal, stop and auxiliary lines, brooches, defenses, islands, pedestrian crossings, arrows and stops are painted.
