Iran condemns new Israeli attacks on Yemen

The authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran condemned the attacks by the Army of the Zionist State of Israel against the Yemeni port of Hodeida, in response to the missile launch carried out by Houthi forces and claim that this is a flagrant crime against the principles of international law.

Esmaeil Baqaei, spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, assured that Israel for violating international regulations and urged major powers on a global and regional scale to act against what he has characterized as the destruction of the Islamic world carried out by Tel Aviv and the United States.

He added that this constitutes a violation of the “founding principles of the United Nations Charter with regard to respect for the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of third countries.”

Baqaei also urged “to stop as soon as possible this process of destruction and murder promoted by the United States and the Zionist regime.”
