The chief spokesman of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Abolfazl Shekarchi, assured that if Israel and its Western supporters cross the line, Iran's response would be much stronger.

“We remind the leaders of the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany to stop supporting Israel's declining, lawbreaker, terrorist and infanticidal regime,” Shekarchi said, as reported by the HispanTV portal.

The spokesman reiterated that his country has demonstrated that it is not belligerent and that it does not seek to expand the war, but if Western countries and the “desperate and incapable” regime of Israel extend their legs beyond Iran's red line, “we will cut their legs more strongly than the previous response to the aggressor and evil Israel.”

Iran's Corps of Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (IRGC) successfully carried out an extensive missile and drone operation called True Promise against Israeli military bases early Sunday morning, in retaliation for an Israeli attack on April 1 against the consular section of the Iranian embassy in Syria, where seven Iranian military advisors lost their lives.

Iran has recalled that the Israeli attack on the Iranian embassy constitutes “an attack on Iranian territory”, according to international standards, stressing that its military operation was carried out in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, which refers to self-defense.
