“Who's in charge in Guyana?” , was the question asked by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, after learning that the Communiqué published by the Guyanese ruler Irfaan Ali against Venezuela had been posted 5 hours earlier by the Secretary of State of the United States, Marco Rubio.

“5 hours difference,” noted the senior official, who recalled that this statement, “infected with lies”, is part of the campaign financed by Exxon Mobil, a transnational corporation that she accused of threatening peace in Latin America and the Caribbean “because of their excessive desire to steal energy from Venezuela at all costs.”

“With their falsehoods and lies, they intend to justify the intervention of our Homeland,” he warned while stressing that “The courageous people of Bolivar will never allow it!”

“Let's go tod @s to join the Bolivarian Militia to defend Venezuela's sovereignty, self-determination and peace!” , he urged.
