Israel killed five journalists and 100 civilians this weekend

These murders bring the number of journalists killed to at least 222.

Five journalists and nearly 100 civilians were killed by the Israeli Army in Gaza last Saturday night, amid an escalation of aggression following the start of the military operation 'The Gideon's Chariots'.

Journalist Aziz al-Hajjar, along with his wife and children, lost their lives in an Israeli airstrike in Bir al-Na'ja, north of Gaza.

Journalist Ahmed al-Zainati, his wife and children were also killed after their tent was attacked in the Sanabel camp in Khan Younis (south).

In another sad event, journalist Abdul Rahman Tawfiq Al-Abadlah was murdered in the town of Al-Qarara in Khan Younis, after losing contact with him for two days.

These murders bring to at least 222 the number of journalists killed in Israeli attacks since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza.
