An Israeli bombing of a residential building in Marwaniyeh, in southern Lebanon, killed six members of the same family. In addition to the victims, relief teams managed to rescue three people who were trapped under the rubble.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense reported a direct impact on its operations center in Kfarsir, Nabatieh. This offensive caused significant damage to the compound, severely limiting the response capacity of rescuers in one of the areas most affected by violence.
Israeli forces intensified their operations with bombings in Sharqiyah and the constant flight of unmanned aerial vehicles over roads and various points in southern Lebanon. These actions keep the population constantly alert to the risk of new attacks in civilian areas.
Tyre's healthcare sector has been critically impacted over the past few days. The Hiram Hospital reported 13 injuries two days ago, while the Jabal Amel Hospital suffered an attack yesterday that left two people dead, more than 20 injured and serious material damage to its structure.
These events represent an escalation in tension and have been identified by the authorities as direct violations of the ceasefire agreement of April 17. The persistence of these attacks on hospitals and residential areas continues to aggravate the humanitarian crisis in the region.
