The governor of the state of
Apure, Wilmer Rodríguez, highlighted through his Instagram account that the
entity is preparing to celebrate the patron saint festivities of Elorza, on March
19, when they will receive thousands of visitors to celebrate the plain.
“Elorza gets a
nugget! The most Creole on the map is getting ready for March 19. Attention, Venezuela and the world! It already smells like a party in Elorza and we (...) are preparing to put this Creole and good land in optimal
conditions for the people,” he said.
In this regard, he stressed
that they have deployed an entire team to adapt Troncal 4, from
Mantecal to Elorza, where they are also working with the installation of paint on
murals, road demarcation, asphalting and lighting.
In the same way, a security plan
was deployed so that locals and visitors can enjoy the
customs in healthy peace. At the same time, he recalled that a decree of
coexistence was signed to guarantee enjoyment for all, “always respecting
the rights of others”.
He took the opportunity
to invite all the people of Venezuela and Colombians to enjoy
these important festivities for the country. “Elorza awaits you with
open arms, with the harp, the four and the maracas ready to celebrate our
identity, our culture and traditions. Long live the festivities in Elorza!” , he said.
