Jorge Rodríguez: Those who promoted the sanctions managed to get Venezuelans treated worse than animals

The president designated for the Dialogues and Peace of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Rodríguez, at a press conference, criticized the representatives of the extreme right, Juan Guaidó, María Corina Machado, Carlos Paparoni, Julio Borges, Leopoldo López and Marco Rubio, for promoting the kidnapping of compatriots in El Salvador.

“Criminals against humanity, murderers!” , this is how Rodríguez described them and added that these “homelands”, “just to fulfill their political ambitions, have subjected an entire people, an entire country to unspeakable suffering”.

In this regard, he explained that, as a result of pressure from these representatives of the right, Venezuelans are “treated worse than animals, only comparable to the way in which our African grandparents were treated when they carried them on slave ships to be sold as slaves.”
