Judicial power benefits residents of Tucupido in Guárico with mobile court day

A new day of the Mobile Court program, in which more than 300 people were served, was held in the Tucupido parish of the José Félix Ribas municipality in the state of Guárico. Through the deployment of the judiciary, citizens were able to resolve various legal proceedings in one place.

Among the services offered were supplementary titles, declaration of heirs and divorces, as well as matters of special jurisdiction, including guardianship, family placement and maintenance obligations.

The activity was attended by Neyla Carolina Quintana, rector judge of the state of Guárico; Alexandra Velásquez, judge of the Ribas municipality; Tania Morales, judge of the First Instance; Anamar Pérez, judge of the Labor Court; justices of the peace and representatives of regional institutions.

The Mobile Court program continues to cover the state's 15 municipalities, with the objective of decongesting the courts and offering effective solutions to the population
