La Fuga Mountain Park will hold a national cycling ticket

In order to promote sports and Ecotourism, the La Fuga Mountain Cycling Park will hold next Sunday, May 18, the 2nd Valida Cycling Tour Centro Occidente TCO-La Fuga -Copa Venezuela, located at km 7 of La Panamericana, Urb. Felipe Acosta Carle, Coche Parish in Caracas, where more than 200 athletes from all over the country will participate.

The Central West Mountain Biking Tour TCO_MTB is a sports competition that takes place on the best tracks and circuits in Caracas, Yaracuy, Carabobo and Aragua.

In this regard, Eliud Baudin, president of the Fuga Bike Park, reported how good the La Fuga project is doing at the national level with the TCO, which are 4 valid ones that are given per year to promote cycling and ecotourism hand in hand with bicycles. “We did the first one on February 23 in Nirgua, Yaracuy state, the second one will be here in La Fuga next Sunday at an event organized for a thousand people.”

Baudin highlighted that it is valid for the whole family to participate: “That no one stays at home, until today they are the registrations and can be made through the Instagram accounts @tcnvzla and @LaFuga23 and the website www.smartime.com.

It is worth noting that this national cycling race is backed by the Venezuelan Cycling Federation (FVC), which will be attended by the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), Civil Protection (PC) and Firefighters from the Capital District, in order to guarantee the safety of athletes and visitors to the event.

The categories in which the athletes will participate are: fans, federated, pre-children, children, youth, Under 23, Open, Elite and different Masters, who will receive prizes, those who obtain the first 3 places in the competition.

This weekend, official practices took place where more than 120 athletes were able to test and certify the track, which has all the conditions required by the FVC. For this reason, Eliomar Bravo, a cyclist who will participate in the competition in the Master D category, said that he saw the track with good performance, good pace, interesting, the place is pleasant and let's hope that on Sunday we can do a good job.

In addition, Bravo invited the population and amateur athletes, or not, to participate in the cycling race.

La Fuga Bike Park has parking service, bathrooms, coffee and a gamer area, where visiting families can enjoy a great view of Caracas, from the viewpoints and selfie areas
