La Guaira activates 14 health care points for Carnavales 2026

The National Public Health System has activated 14 preventive care points in the state's seaside resorts and beaches to respond immediately during the Carnival holidays of 2026 in the state of La Guaira.
The single health authority, Nelare Bermúdez, reported that health personnel remain deployed throughout the region to respond to any eventuality that may arise during the mobilization of seasonal tourists.
Bermúdez highlighted that emergency teams are operational in assistance centers and at fixed points installed in the busiest areas and indicated that these areas will work as a first response in situations that require immediate intervention.
He stressed that surveillance will remain active throughout the season, with the objective of ensuring immediate assistance to those moving along the coast.
Finally, he urged the population to go to care points or health centers in case of symptoms or discomfort, in order to receive an immediate evaluation.
