LA GUAIRA - VARGAS/Candidato Terán: In our hands the Homeland will not be lost

The candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB) for the Government of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, highlighted this Tuesday the greatness of the Venezuelan people, who keep alive the legacy of the liberators and of Commander Hugo Chávez.

“We must always remember that we are the same people who accompanied Bolivar 200 years ago to bring freedom and independence to our South American peoples, but we are also the same people who have overcome all the forms of attack that Yankee imperialism has carried out since Commander Chávez arrived raising the flag of Bolivarianism,” said the revolutionary leader at the beginning of the campaign leading to the regional and legislative elections on May 25.

He added that “we are the same people who have resisted all unilateral coercive measures, the same people that resisted all the induced bachaquero, the same people who have resisted having all our assets confiscated abroad. We are the same people who have overcome the electrical attack, the attempted invasion by the state of Táchira during the battle of the bridges.”
