With the objective of renovating and keeping one of the busiest tourist spots 100% operational and beautified, a total of 30 luminaires are being replaced in the El Playón de Ocumare sector of the Gold Coast in the state of Aragua.
The information was provided by the mayor of the jurisdiction, Wilmer Leal, who explained that it is a work carried out hand in hand with popular power and that it involves cleaning and maintenance actions.
“This is one of our most visited tourist spots. During the recent carnival holiday, we received a large number of visitors, in addition to the celebration of a concert at the Concha Acústica. We are changing the public lights that have burned out and have reached their useful time,” he said.
The actions have the technical support of the municipal office and the specialized maneuvers of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) crews who ensured the correct implementation of public lighting.
