Los Teques: 90 tons of asphalt were placed on the roads of Terrazas de Sinaí and Los Lagos

The Guaicaipura Mayor's Office paved more than 100 linear meters in the streets of Terrazas de Sinaí and Los Lagos, Los Teques parish, as part of the Comprehensive Plan for Asphalting and Road Rehabilitation being carried out in the town.

According to information issued by the Government, 90 tons of asphalt mixture were placed, 60 in Terrazas de Sinai and 30 in Los Lagos; for the benefit of 600 families from both sectors.

It was also known that scarification, leveling and rolling layer installation were also carried out to improve vehicle traffic in communities.

The mayor of the Guaicaipura municipality, Farith Fraija, indicated that this action provides a direct response to the Cecilio Acosta 2 Sur Community Circuit, which puts an end to more than a decade of road and vehicle deterioration.

“Now, public transport, taxis and gas and water services can reach your doorstep directly, improving the quality of life of our older adults, pregnant women and people with disabilities. We continue to work tirelessly for a modern, connected and passable Guaicaipura,” he said.
