The local cyclist Luis Pinto, representing the Mayor's Office of Valera/Confitería La Guacamaya squad, won the first stage of the 63rd Cycling Tour of Venezuela this Sunday, after winning the sprint on the 124-kilometer circuit along Bolivar Avenue in the capital Trujillo, which ran at a high pace of 39 Km/h.
