In a statement, the organizations attached to the Madrid chapter of the Anti-Fascist International speak out to demand that the girl Maikelys Espinoza be repatriated from the United States (USA) to Venezuela.

The Madrid Anti-Fascist International (IAM) urged that the two-year-old girl be returned as soon as possible.

Madrid's anti-fascism condemned the forced separation of the little girl from her only family in the United States and described the events as “genuine anti-immigration and anti-Venezuelan terrorism” on the part of the Donald Trump administration,

Freedom for Maikelys Espinoza!

CHILD ABDUCTION IN THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

The member organizations of the International Anti-Fascist Madrid Chapter demand the immediate repatriation of the two-year-old Maikelys Espinoza to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The Venezuelan minor was kidnapped and torn from her mother's arms while she was being deported from the United States to Venezuela.

The girl's father had been taken to the slave prison that Nayib Bukele, the Salvadoran president, has set up in his country, to arrest these deported Venezuelan immigrants, without crimes against them, without any legal or humanitarian assistance, in exchange for a certain amount of money.

With this act of authentic anti-immigrant and anti-Venezuelan terrorism, both the Yankee and the Salvadoran administrations commit a mass crime of trafficking in persons, with the aggravating circumstance of being perpetrated with all the force and apparatus of the State.

This is not the first time since the Trump administration that minors have been kidnapped and alienated from their parents; the novelty lies in the context of the massive deportation of Venezuelan immigrants to the prison camp that they are keeping in El Salvador on Washington's salary for the mere fact of their country of origin.

It is a matter of punishing the people of the Bolivarian Republic for their resistance to the aggressions that Venezuela is suffering at the hands of imperialism. These aggressions are mainly carried out in the economic field and have caused significant problems for the Venezuelan people, which in turn produced an unprecedented wave of migration, from Venezuela to the United States; paradoxically, it is the same emigrants who are now suffering inhumane treatment by the North American authorities, who previously left Venezuela believing in reactionary stories about the American dream and are now experiencing the harsh awakening of the capitalist nightmare.

Venezuelan deported persons have been accused of terrorism without evidence, without trial and without any trial, with the result of the absolute erasure of their human identity to be converted into slaves held in real concentration camps, without contact with their lawyers or family members.

In this situation, the absolute silence or the very timid protest on the part of NGOs, pro-Washington governments, international organizations and the media stand out, in the face of an action typical of fascist regimes rather than democracies, of which all of them presume so much. But the idea is not only to punish the Venezuelan people for daring to resist criminal imperialist attacks, but to liquidate the Bolivarian revolutionary process, a dangerous example of overcoming the exploitation of some human beings by others, together with the revolutionary governments of Cuba and Nicaragua.

It is clear that they will not achieve such sinister objectives, hence their anger and cruelty towards these peoples.

The reaction of associations, governments and organizations of the popular countryside was not long in coming; thousands of signed letters, demonstrations, statements by the Bolivarian Government and progressive executives are constantly following each other, demanding not only the repatriation of the child, but also an end to the unjustified deportation of Venezuelans and immigrants from the United States to concentration camps. With this action, once again, the imperialists demonstrate that, far from being the solution to any problem, today, capitalism is the main cause of the ills facing humanity as a whole.
