Magallanes and Caracas return to the winning route of the LVBP 2024-25

Junior Guerra threw 6.0 blank innings and marked the way for Navegantes del Magallane's 7-1 win against Águilas del Zulia on Thursday night, in the first game of a two-game series at the Luis Aparicio El Grande Stadium in Maracaibo.

Guerra only received three hits, none of them extra base, did not award tickets and struck out a trident of raptors, to continue the opening day performance, last Friday, against Tiburones de La Guaira.

While their bitter rival, the Caracas Lions defeated Margarita's Braves 10-0 and came out of the negative streak of three defeats. Guided by a solid start from Jesús Vargas and an offensive that punished Osmer Morales, one of the best pitchers of Bravos de Margarita.
