Manu Pineda: Imperialism is dead, what happens is that it has not found out

The Secretary of International Relations of the Communist Party of Spain and Head of International Solidarity of the United Left, Manu Pineda, asserted that “imperialism is dead, the thing is that it has not found out”.

In that sense, during the meeting of the Promoting Team of the Anti-Fascist International for a New World, he indicated that “now we cannot sit and wait to see the corpse of the empire pass before us, we have to go and give it the grace shot”.

He also referred to the fact that Venezuela has undergone all kinds of social war experiments.

“There are forms of war that have been invented against Venezuela... The war is the only one that creates inflation from a website in Miami, I haven't seen that anywhere in the world,” he added, also recalling some of the most recent attacks that the Venezuelan people have experienced, such as the assassination of President Nicolás Maduro.

Pineda thanked these spaces created from Venezuela, which are committed to a new world of peace. “I will never tire of thanking the Venezuelan people, the Venezuelan government, the PSUV, the Great Patriotic Pole; thanks to President Maduro,” he said.

He reaffirmed that there is a time when the old does not stop dying and the new does not finish being born, and the world is in this process faced with the threat of fascism.
