Marca País and private media come together to project Venezuela in the world

Its representatives formally offered their rooms and commercial platforms

With the objective of projecting and positioning the image of Venezuela on its different platforms, the authorities of the Instituto Marca País held a meeting with the main representatives of Venezuelan private media.

“We want love for the country to be the meeting point to consolidate a public-private communication strategy, whose fundamental axis of action is to tell the world about the positive Venezuela that produces and grows through the efforts of each citizen,” said the president of Marca País, Andreina Tarazón Bolívar.

The Deputy Minister of Communication Management, Gustavo Villapol, was also part of this meeting and in turn proposed to unify actions in order to raise the self-esteem of the population and show the world the nation's productive capacities. “Private communication, cultural and recreational companies are indispensable allies in this task,” he added.

The main representatives of radio, television, the written press and national cinema also expressed their support for this initiative. Representatives of media such as Venevisión, Televen, Canal i, Globovisión, 100% Noticias, the Unión Radio and FM Center/AM Center circuits, Cinex, and the newspapers Última Noticias, El Universal and Notitarde, committed to joining forces from their platforms.

For his part, Gustavo Perdomo, director of Globovision, in his speech, in addition to supporting the proposal, described it as a necessary project that fully supports love for the country.

In addition, Pedro Yajure, representative of the FM Center circuit, ratified the radio group's willingness to order its 100 stations, including its own and affiliated stations. In the same vein, Unión Radio's vice president of information and programming, Ángel Lesma, explained that its stations are aligned to bolster this campaign with force.

The film and entertainment sector also joined this commitment. Its representatives formally offered their rooms and commercial platforms to strengthen ties and multiply the reach of this strategy for the benefit of the country's development.
