Mayor Meléndez: Caracas will have 300 active community organizations

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, reported that 300 community organizations will operate in the city with the incorporation of the Bolivar, Chávez and Maduro Commune.

Meléndez noted that 282 communes have been served in Caracas through 105 approaches to the Solutions Caravan, and stated that the deployment will continue in the coming days.

He also indicated that Operation Caracas Smile exceeds 2 million people served and that in a few days it will begin a new phase with a focus on communal self-government rooms.
