Mayor Meléndez inaugurated Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Socialist Mission Base in La Candelaria

This Saturday, March 1, the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez inaugurated the Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Socialist Mission Base, in the parish of La Candelaria, in the capital city.

In this regard, after taking a tour of the spaces to verify the functioning of the spaces, he specified that the Municipal Government Rooms will be the new form of government promoted by the Bolivarian Revolution.

“Real-time information will arrive here on everything that happens in the territory, to inform the Central Room that is in the Vice Presidency,” he said and noted that those responsible for the Great Missions will also be active in these spaces.

In the same way, he reaffirmed that Caracas is celebrating the Carnival celebrations and the recent canonization of the People's Saint, José Gregorio Hernández.

This new community center will offer a wide range of benefits to the community and includes areas for entrepreneurship, training and youth development, as well as maternity support and community health services.
