The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, reported that 276 communes and communal circuits have been served in the city, with 23 pending, for a total of 2,224 communal councils addressed, equivalent to 90.89% of the organized territory.
Meléndez explained that this week was dedicated to the Antímano parish, where almost six days of continuous work were carried out to complete 100% of Operation Caracas Smile in this territory.
In Carapita, he explained that camp number 103 was installed, from where health, welfare and care services linked to the Seven Transformations were provided, together with community structures.
The mayor noted that, with this governance methodology, 2 million 18,684 people have been served in Caracas, and stressed that the deployment will continue in the remaining parishes until full coverage is complete.
