Mayor Meléndez: The legacy of Chávez is present in the actions of the people

The mayor of Caracas, Admiral Carmen Teresa Meléndez, assured that Commander Hugo Chávez is present in the daily lives of Venezuelans who use the legacy left by the founder of the Bolivarian Revolution to give sovereignty and independence to the People.

“All of us here, the youth, the founding generation, the political council and national leadership of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, political parties of the Patriotic Pole, come to remember him here and to act on the legacy he left us, so 13 years after your planting and here we are paying you the honors to show you that you did not plow in the sea,” said Meléndez.
