This Tuesday, May 6, the 1st National Poetry and Song Contest for Venezuelan Women announced its winners through its account on the social network Instagram, in which it highlighted that this space left a wide variety of works that celebrate the creativity of the people.
In this regard, he indicated that the jury composed of A na Cristina Osorio, Luisana Pérez, Ana María Oviedo, Biella da Costa and Jesús Chuchito Sanoja selected Marcela Lunar as the winner in first place with her poem A Body.
In addition, María Elena Franco Mijares won the song category with her composition Guardianas, in first place; while second place went to Ángel Morales with his song Juan a.
The organizers of the contest extended their thanks to all the participants and called for them to stay tuned for upcoming calls.
