In an effort to continue consolidating popular power and participatory democracy, members of the Northern Circuit of the Juana de Ávila parish, Maracaibo municipality, held the Assembly for the Postulation and Conformation of the Community Political Team .

The main objective of this activity is to choose the spokespersons who will assume responsibility for coordinating, planning and executing community projects and social care policies in the sector.

During the day, the committees, from the different Community Councils, debated and nominated the leaders they consider most suitable because of their commitment, trajectory and social work in the community.
