Mérida's revolutionary militancy deployed in 1,667 communities to apply for candidates for the 25M

In the revolutionary militancy present in 1,667 communities in the state of Mérida, they mobilized this Saturday to participate in the assemblies to nominate potential candidates, for the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), for the elections of the coming May 25.

Ricardo Davila, a member of the bicentennial commune of September 16 of the aforementioned entity, explained that this space will hold 22 meetings to choose potential candidates for governor, state legislators and deputies of the National Assembly.

“With this day we are going to demonstrate, once again, to Venezuela and the world that it is the PSUV, the party of Chávez, the largest and most democratic in the world. It is important to note that members of the Great Patriotic Pole are also present here to support the leadership of each of the communities,” he said during statements given to Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

He also invited members of the PSUV, over 15 years of age, to join this day instructed by the president of this political umbrella, Nicolás Maduro, following the legacy of the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez.
