Metro Los Teques activates self-recharging machines for SUVE cards at all its stations

The Metro Los Teques company enabled new self-management equipment for recharging the SUVE card at all its stations, as part of the plan to modernize the public transport system.

The project is aimed at reducing waiting times for users, optimizing passenger flow at the box office, as well as streamlining direct access to platforms, subway authorities said.

Here are the steps to follow on the machine's touchscreen:

1. Select the “Start Charging” option in the main menu of the screen.

2. Place the SUVE card on the digital reader indicated on the device.

3. Enter the amount of money you want to pay and confirm the operation.

4. Enter the debit or credit card at the integrated point of sale and follow the on-screen instructions to validate the bank transaction.

5. Wait for confirmation from the system, which ensures the successful crediting of the balance to the travel device.
