Metro Los Teques recovers and puts Metropolis Train operational

The Los Teques Metro Anonymous Company reincorporated the commercial service of Metropolis Train number 18, a transport unit that will optimize transportation capacity and reduce waiting times for residents of Altos Mirandinos heading to Caracas.

The president of the underground transportation company, Paola Artahona, highlighted the technical capacity and commitment of the company's human talent to recover strategic assets, for the benefit of users.

“Thanks to the effort, dedication and professionalism of our staff, comprised of engineers, technicians and the working class, we were able to complete the recovery of this rolling stock. Today, train 18 is once again operational to continue to guarantee greater mobility and well-being for our users,” he said.

He also indicated that the recovery of the underground transport unit is part of the maintenance and continuous recovery policies that the company is carrying out to strengthen the infrastructure of the railway system.

“The reactivation of this train represents a direct improvement in the quality of life of the people of Miranda, ensuring a more efficient, safe and constant public transport service. In this way, Metro Los Teques reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the mass transportation system, optimizing its resources to offer effective solutions to the demand for daily mobility in the region,” he said.
