Miguel Cabrera announced as Venezuela's batting coach in the World Classic

Miguel Cabrera will be the batting coach of the Venezuelan national team, in the 2026 World Baseball Classic, in what will be his sixth participation in this competition of professional players-

Through a publication made by the official account of Las Mayores (Spanish MLB) through Social Network X, the following information became known: “Miguel Cabrera will go to the 2026 World Baseball Classic as Batting Coach for Team Venezuela”.

Miguel Cabrer is the only player in history to have attended every WBC: five of them as a player in 2006, 2009, 2013, 2017 and 2023, and now he will be the batting coach, a place where he has a lot to teach.
