MINCYT has started the registration process for Creative Robotics Olympics 2025

The Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez Ramírez, announced the start of registrations to participate in the 2025 Creative Robotics Olympics.

“The 2025 Creative Robotics Olympics begin their registration process, which will continue until March 24,” said the Minister, during the broadcast of the Podcast With Science +Life.

The evaluation and validation of projects will take place until April 1 and “we have a call for the participation of regional robotics competitions, starting April 12”.

“This initiative is part of the policy promoted by President Nicolás Maduro to bring mass educational robotics to youth,” he said.

Jiménez Ramírez also reported that the competitions will begin in the state of Zulia, “because it is essential to vindicate the historical memory of Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán.”

The Podcast also spoke about the pedagogical approach that integrates the disciplines of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) into the teaching and learning process.
