MINEC held 18 educational and awareness-raising days in the state of Anzoátegui

As part of the “Earth Week” celebrations, the Ministry of Popular Power for Ecosocialism (MINEC) held educational and awareness-raising days in the state of Anzoátegui.

The director of MINEC in Anzoátegui, Yamil Saleh, explained that more than 700 people participated in the conference, a figure that was reached after carrying out 18 activities in the municipalities of Bolívar, Anaco, Simón Rodríguez and Independencia.

“Our Training for Ecosocialism staff developed educational, informative and participatory strategies, adapted to the age groups addressed, including girls and boys in early and primary education, adolescents and adults,” said Saleh, a review by Prensa Ecosocialism.

He stressed that environmental educational activities in Anzoátegui are permanent in order to train citizens who are increasingly sensitized and identified with the environment.

“We remain active in having a positive impact on the population, promoting cultural and behavioral transformations in favor of the well-being of the environment and citizens,” he said.
