Minister Cabello: Alias “El Flaco” is not in Venezuela but we have identified him

This Monday, September 16, the Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, confirmed that the detained American soldier Wilber Joseph Castañeda, “had an exchange, he himself confesses it in Colombia, training a group of people, who at this point, you don't know, who he was training there, because it was in the Colombian drug paramilitary government of Yván Duque”.

He also pointed out that he had a contact “alias “El Flaco”, since Castañeda “has conversations on his phone on the 28th, 29th and 30th with alias “El Flaco”, about the operation that was being carried out on Miraflores”.

Cabello reported that “alias “El Flaco” is not here in Venezuela, but we have identified him” and showed a photo of the subject.

This was stated in the “Digital Zone” segment of the Con Maduro+ program , broadcast number 57, hosted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

In the space, Minister Cabello showed a photo of Castañeda, at the march organized by the opposition María Corina Machado, Dallas, Texas on August 17, ignoring the election results.
