Minister Cabello: Our loyalty to the National Constitution and to our president in charge is absolute

This Wednesday, the Sectorial Vice President for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, read the manifesto of loyalty of the country's security forces to the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez.

At an event held at the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela (UMBV), Cabello Rondón was responsible for reading the document of loyalty and recognition for those responsible for holding the reins of the country since the kidnapping of the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro.

“It is my honor to address these words on behalf of citizen security agencies as a sign of loyalty, commitment and cohesion for the task you have to be in charge of the Fatherland,” he said.

In his words, the sectoral vice-president stated “in this scenario full of history, revolution and patriotic conviction (...) we rise in a single voice of determination and firmness in the face of the darkness that those who violated our sovereignty intend to impose, we respond with the unity that Commander Hugo Chávez bequeathed to us on December 8, 2012. Our loyalty to the National Constitution and to our president in charge is absolute because we understand that defending your administration is defending the continuity of the Government and that of the Venezuelan people (...) and we recognize you, Dr. Delcy Eloina Rodríguez Gómez, as the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces and the police forces who, under your command, will guarantee internal order and the protection of the People.”
