Bilateral trade between Venezuela and Colombia maintains a sustained trend of recovery, reaching 1,176 million dollars at the end of 2025, compared to 741 million in 2022 after the border reopening, said the Minister of People's Power for Foreign Trade, Coromoto Godoy.

This was stated in his account on the social network Instagram, in which he presented these figures at a forum organized by Fedecamaras and Procolombia, where “we talked about the sustained recovery of trade between Venezuela and Colombia”.

“The figures show that bilateral trade maintains a trend of recovery and we see with satisfaction how the business sectors of two sister peoples are making progress in understanding, strengthening their productive and export capacities, through complementarity and building balances,” he stressed.

Godoy said he invited businessmen to “not see this forum as an isolated event but as a platform for permanent work, exchange, encounter and concrete actions to advance a future of prosperity and shared development.”
