Minister for Food: PDVAL maintains 121 establishments active across the country

Minister for Food, MG Carlos Leal Tellería, reported on the reactivation of the PDVAL and the Mobile Warehouse in the San José parish, located in the municipality of Andrés Bello, in the state of Miranda, which will guarantee the food security of 5,100 Mirandinos.

“With this PDVAL that we are reopening here, there are 121 active establishments across the country that are providing food security to our people,” added the Minister for Food, who said that in the national territory there are 416 PDVALs which will be put into operation on instructions from the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

In this regard, the governor of the Bolivarian state of Miranda, Elio Serrano Carpio, explained that with the reopening of this food store in the “Force of Unity with Chávez” commune, 1,700 families from the communities La Cumbre, La Trinidad, La Amistad, Valentine's Day, March 8, Looking to the Future and Delirio Piñango will be served.

“Delivering this PDVAL with new infrastructure and fully supplied to benefit our people in El Delirio is proof that the Bolivarian Government's sole purpose is to guarantee the greatest amount of happiness,” said the governor of Miranda.
